You will be picked up at your hotel or vacation rental 45 minutes before the tour starts. This allows time to drive safely, use bathroom facilities, and get ready for the tour upon arrival..

- Weather Considerations: The tour operates rain or shine, but severe weather conditions may cause delays or cancellations.
- Lockers and Waiting Area: Lockers are available for storing personal belongings, and there is a comfortable waiting area with seats and tables.
- During the tour: For safety reasons, cameras, cellphones, bags and other loose objects are forbidden during the tour. Free lockers are available for you to save these items while on tour.
- Pictures: If you want pictures of this experience, please let us know at the counter. Price is $20 per person. The photographer will be with you during the whole tour capturing the coolest moments while you focus on enjoying the experience.
Essential Considerations
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled excursion will receive a full refund, minus any applicable bank or financial service fees. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the excursion will receive an 80% refund, minus any applicable fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the excursion are non-refundable, and no-shows will incur a 100% penalty charge.

For these specific activities, the cancellation policy will be subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions. For example, fishing and private catamaran tours typically have a 50% penalty charge if canceled within 21 days.
